During my city trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom in the hotel room. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the friendly and helpful staff provided excellent customer service throughout my stay.
There were a few negative aspects to my experience. The room could have been cleaner, with dust and grime apparent in some areas.

The room and bathroom were spacious, and the TV had a good selection of channels. a warm and cozy environment.

Spent xmas in a hotel located in a key location around the city. The room service had non-veg options and the food was really good. The staff was very helpful and I enjoyed the delicious food.
The hotel was not clean. The floor was dirty and there was dust and grime in every corner of the room. The bathroom fixtures were stained, and the crockery and plates used gave a cheap and uncleaned feeling. The linen provided needs to be replaced, and the towels were not clean. The overall experience was disappointing.
